Scheduling & Cancellation Policy
Scheduling:
All sessions must be booked in advance through the designated scheduling link.
Availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority scheduling is given to Advanced and Premium clients.
Sessions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or missed sessions will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
If the coach cancels a session due to unforeseen circumstances, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
No-Show Policy:
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the session being forfeited.
Refunds & Credits:
Payments for sessions, packages, or memberships are non-refundable.
Unused sessions within a package do not roll over into the following month unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Arrivals & Preparation:
Athletes are expected to arrive on time, dressed appropriately, and ready to train.
Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions to avoid overlap with other scheduled athletes.
Weather & Facility Closures (if applicable):
In the event of unsafe weather conditions or facility closures, sessions will be rescheduled. Notification will be sent as soon as possible.
