Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do I have to complete an Initial Assessment before starting a program?
A: Yes. The Initial Assessment is required for all clients. It ensures that your coaching plan is customized to your goals, baseline, and schedule.

Q: How is wellness coaching different from medical treatment?
A: Wellness coaching is educational and accountability-based. It supports lifestyle, nutrition, movement, and mindset. It does not replace medical care or prescriptions. Clients should continue following their provider’s medical plan.

Q: What if I’m an athlete transitioning out of sports — which program is right for me?
A: If you’re shifting from athlete life into a professional career or beyond competition, the High-Performance Coaching & Consulting track is a great fit. It combines systems for energy, discipline, and leadership that translate your athletic skills into success in life and work.

Q: Can I do sessions virtually?
A: Yes. All programs can be done virtually, in-person, or a hybrid depending on your location and preferences.

Q: Do you offer group or corporate coaching?
A: Yes. We offer custom programs for teams, companies, and organizations. These can include workshops, leadership training, and ongoing consulting.

Q: What happens if I miss or cancel a session?
A: Sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of the session.

Q: Is payment required before booking?
A: Yes. All assessments and coaching sessions must be paid in advance. Once payment is received, you’ll receive your private scheduling link.
